The frustration of wanting to change but feeling stuck inspired me to create Mind Nudge Lab and the Mind Nudge Community on Facebook. I wanted a space where people could learn from each other, share their Mind Nudges and experiences, and discover science-backed strategies to make positive changes in their lives.
